Is my data private?
Your free projects never leave your browser. Cloud projects are stored in our database so they can sync between your devices, and they are never sold, shared or used for ads. The privacy page spells it out.
What can I export?
PNG any time, with a small mark on the free plan. Pro and Lifetime add PDF export and a full JSON project backup.
Can I use this for ongoing status reporting, not just a one-off deck?
Yes. Keep a project open, drag bars as dates shift, and re-export whenever you need an updated view. Pro's cloud sync keeps it current across your devices, and baseline tracking shows drift from the original plan.
Is this a replacement for Jira, MS Project, or Asana?
No, and it's not trying to be. GanttFlow makes the timeline you show people. It doesn't do ticketing, resource management, or time tracking. Plenty of teams use it alongside a PM tool, just for the chart that goes in front of people.
