Refund Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. The short version

Try GanttFlow on the Free plan for as long as you like — it doesn't expire and needs no card. If you go paid and change your mind, you have a 14-day cooling-off period on your first payment. After that, paid plans aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time and you won't be charged again.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal inside the app — click Upgrade, then Manage billing. Cancelling stops future charges immediately and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your projects stay exported or in your browser either way, and the Free plan remains available to you.

Cancelling isn't the same as asking for a refund. Cancelling stops the next charge; it doesn't return the current one.

3. The 14-day cooling-off period

If the payment was your first one on the account, email support@ganttflow.ca within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full. This applies to monthly Pro, annual Pro, and Lifetime alike.

Outside that window we don't refund part-periods. If you cancel mid-month or mid-year, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you paid for, and the payment itself stands.

4. Renewals

Renewal charges aren't refundable. A renewal means you've had the product for a full period already, so the cooling-off period doesn't restart. Cancel before your renewal date if you don't want the next charge — cancelling is immediate and takes one click in the billing portal.

5. How to ask

Email support@ganttflow.ca from the address on your account and say you'd like a refund under the cooling-off period. We'll confirm within 3 business days and process it through Stripe, back to the original payment method. Your bank usually takes another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

6. What isn't refundable

  • Renewal charges.
  • Any charge more than 14 days old, or any payment that isn't the first one on the account.
  • Part-months or part-years after the cooling-off period.
  • Accounts closed by us for breaking the Terms of Service — except where we've suspended an account in error, in which case we'll refund the unused portion.
  • Any taxes or currency conversion fees your bank or card issuer charged, which we never received.

7. Your rights under consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If your local law gives you a longer or broader right to cancel or be refunded than this policy does, that law applies and this policy doesn't override it.

8. Payments are processed by Stripe

Stripe processes payments on our behalf, but GanttFlow — not Stripe — is the merchant of record for your purchase, so this is the policy that applies. Independently of this policy, your card issuer or bank can still reverse a charge as a dispute (a chargeback) under the card network's own rules. If that happens, your access changes to match.

9. If we shut down

If GanttFlow is ever discontinued, we'll give at least 60 days' notice and refund the unused portion of any active subscription.
