What if I want to stop paying?
Cancel any time from the billing portal inside the app. Future charges stop immediately, your Pro access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and the Free plan is still there afterwards. There's a 14-day cooling-off period on a first payment too — details on the refund policy page.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Move between monthly and annual, or cancel, any time from the billing portal inside the app. Stripe prorates the difference. Lifetime is a one-off, so there's nothing to switch.
Do I need an account for everyone on my team?
No. GanttFlow is priced per person, not per seat, and one account is for one person — so only whoever builds the timeline needs to pay. The chart is the deliverable: your team, your client, and your steering committee all see the exported PNG or PDF, and none of them need a login to read it. There is no team plan to upgrade to and no per-user surcharge as your project grows. If a second person also needs to build and edit their own timelines, they need their own account — see the terms for the specifics.
Does the free plan expire?
No. Free is free, with no trial clock and no card required. Upgrade if and when the watermark, the one-project limit, or the need for sub-lanes starts to annoy you.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) — $0, $12 CAD/month or $99 CAD/year for Pro, and $249 CAD for Lifetime.
What happens to my cloud projects if I downgrade or cancel?
They stay saved. Downgrading to Free just locks the cloud-projects control in the toolbar — nothing is deleted. Resubscribe to Pro or Lifetime and your old cloud projects come straight back.
Does Lifetime really mean no future charges, ever?
Yes. $249 CAD once, and every future update is included — no renewal, no recurring bill.
