GanttFlow Editor Basics: Saving, Loading, Zooming, and Shortcuts

The everyday mechanics
This page covers the parts of the editor that aren't about any one feature: keeping your work saved, moving around the timeline, and the shortcuts that make both faster.
Saving your work
GanttFlow autosaves to your browser as you work, on every plan. Pro adds cloud sync across devices, plus a manual "Save project file (JSON)" button for a portable backup.
Opening a project file
"Open project file" loads a JSON file exported from GanttFlow. This works on every plan, so a Pro user can hand a Free user a project to open and edit locally.
Zooming the timeline
Zoom in for day-by-day detail, or out to see months or years at once. Fit to window scales the chart so every task fits on screen without scrolling.
Undo and redo
Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) undoes the last change. Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y (Cmd+Shift+Z or Cmd+Y on Mac) redoes it.

Press ? at any point in the editor to see every shortcut in one overlay.
